- Support recruiting efforts and systems
- Heavy calendar management/scheduling
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates
- Help candidates through the internal interview process
- Work closely with Recruiters, Executive Assistants, Administration and leadership
- Manage confidential information/HR files
- Manage travel arrangements/meeting/interview logistics
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft word, Outlook and Excel
- Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation, Sales and influencing skills- ability to close
- Adaptable and accepting of change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analystical thinking and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- No option for remote work
