  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for difficult, high-level and specialty positions including sourcing.
  • Manage relationships with highly technical client groups
  • Develop an effective sourcing starategy to maintain a solid pieline of candidates
  • Provide root cause analysis of complex recriuting issues
  • Implement sourcing qand recruiting strategies
  • Screen, coach and counsel candidates

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 2-5 years of local full lifecycle recruiting minimum
  • 1-2 years of recruiting strategy minimum
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications/experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to manage candidate control
  • Ability to negotiate, close or influence
  • Ability to mitigate and anticipate potential issues
  • No remote option
