- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for difficult, high-level and specialty positions including sourcing.
- Manage relationships with highly technical client groups
- Develop an effective sourcing starategy to maintain a solid pieline of candidates
- Provide root cause analysis of complex recriuting issues
- Implement sourcing qand recruiting strategies
- Screen, coach and counsel candidates
- 2-5 years of local full lifecycle recruiting minimum
- 1-2 years of recruiting strategy minimum
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications/experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to manage candidate control
- Ability to negotiate, close or influence
- Ability to mitigate and anticipate potential issues
- No remote option
