Relationship Marketing Coordinator - Healthcare
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources in order to generate and increase sales and revenue. The RMC will also participate in community networking and marketing events, analyze referral trends, execute weekly/quarterly sales and marketing plans, contribute to the development of marketing materials, and assist with the promotion of the ultimate customer experience of referral sources and clients.
This position works Monday through Friday.
This position works out of the Silver Spring, MD location and will service
Montgomery, PG and Howard counties.
Three years or more sales experience in health care or home health
Sales experience in private duty homecare preferred
Education in senior care and dementia desired
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
Persuasive ability to penetrate new referral sources
Comfortable with public speaking and dealing with challenges
Ability to problem solve and overcome objections
Strong ability to multitask and go the extra mile for customers
Meets all deadlines on time for AHA and customers
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
