Seeking a Payroll Coordinator for an organization that is located in the Howard/Baltimore County, MD area. - Processing bi-weekly payroll for 350+ staff
- Primary contact for time, leave and payroll related topics
- Work collaboratively with the Benefits Administrator
- Manage year-end processes
- Provide accurate and timely responses to staff inquiries regarding payroll issues (phone/email/written)
- Develop and maintain payroll reporting
- Making sure all payroll documents are accurate and complete
- Update staff when needed about new/changes to payroll
