Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Network Professional/Trainer to support a Federal Government client at our St. Inigoes, MD location. The Network Professional/Trainer will be responsible for installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Perform installation/configuration, operate and maintain systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
• Ensure that information systems hardware, software and operating systems are in compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Assist in the definition of needs, benefits and technical strategy: research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and roll-out of solutions
Required Qualifications
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to instruct and lead training
• Experience in public speaking and hosting; ability to provide briefings, with a clear understanding of the technical systems
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot technical systems during training sessions
• Ability to travel to CONUS locations 25% of the time
• 5 years of Networking experience
• Security+ certification
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Trainer's certifications
• 5 years training experience
• Top Secret clearance
• 10 years of Networking experience
• CCNA certification

BA/BS
