  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a Childcare National Agency Check with Inquiries (CNACI) is required to determine suitability for this position.

  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Possess and have the ability to maintain a valid state Driver's License. May be required to drive a government vehicle to transport pool chemicals and equipment to other pool facility/location(s).
  • Appointment is subject to completion and favorable results of fingerprints.
  • Appointment is subject to completion and favorable results of a health assessment/physical to determine suitability for this position.
  • Physical Requirement - In the event of an emergency, may need to be able to assist with lifting a customer from the pool during a rescue weighing up to 50 pounds. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds to be able to move pool chemicals as needed.
  • Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion and favorable results of Installation Record Checks to determine suitability for this position.
  • Minimum Qualification Requirements:
    Work experience related to the duties described above and possession of the following certificates:
    1- Water Safety Instructor Certification
    2- Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
    3- First Aid Certification

    (Certificates issue by American Red Cross, Ellis @ Associates, Star Guard or other nationally recognized agencies are acceptable)

    Highly Desirable:
    Possession of a valid/current Lifeguard Certification.
