GS-14: Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service that included directing and/or overseeing the activities and processes of administrative mission support functions such as budget, acquisition/procurement, human capital, fleet, property/inventory, facility/space, and/or security programs; analyzing/evaluating administrative program operations and recommending new or revised policies and procedures; and providing leadership or supervision to employees.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Current or Former Political Appointees: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees.
