Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing financial data and formulating budgets for a program or organization.

This position may be a Financial Management Level (III) certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. This certification level must be achieved within prescribed timelines.
