Community Living Supports
Compassionate, reliable and dedicated person needed to provide hand-on support to assist an adult to live as independently as possible in their home. in-home services to people with disabilities supporting them with performing activities of daily living, improving communication, socialization, and hygiene skills, etc. Responsible for individual’s program planning, household management, health and safety, as well as, supporting and coaching individuals to learn new skills, try new leisure, social and educational activities and living in a meaningful and purposeful life.
Community Learning and Community Day Supports
Community Support Specialist
Responsible for discovering each individual’s personal genius, unique gifts and skills as related to employment, teaching new workplace skills, habits, behaviors and attitudes, assisting individuals to locate, obtain and grow in a job that is personally and professional satisfying.
Required qualifications include: high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, good driving record, U.S. employment eligibility, I-9 documentation, and ability to pass criminal background investigation and drug screenings.
