Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and drive team to meet/exceed goals 
  • Will set productivity objectives and prepare reports reflecting goals
  • Collect and analyze call center statistics
  • Monitor call processes and techniques and offer improvement strategies

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 3 years of proven Call Center Management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call center software/programs
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Results driven, motivating and inspiring personality
