What Youll Do The candidate will provide guidance and direction on tasks with significant subject matter knowledge in systems architecture, integration, engineering, and design strategy and technical implementation. Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) of business models, technologies, architectures and program artifacts in blueprinting the programs transition roadmap and defining the strategic direction and vision of the program is required. This individual will be responsible for conducting IV&V to ensure process integration, architectural integrity, and component interoperability through assimilation of the functional and non-functional requirements. Specific areas will include the technology solution integration with a focus on technology migration waves, guides and technology standards, and technology tollgate readiness. This individual will also work with and provide artifacts on current, transition, and target state architecture and financial management segment architecture. What Were Looking For US Citizenship required, per client's requirements Bachelors Degree in a complimentary discipline At least 8+ years of related experience as a solutions architect Experience implementing enterprise scale, n-tier solutions with direct client exposure Experience with TCP/IP network and interface debugging Experience with database commit verification, interface ETL transactions, and API/DB interaction Minimum 5 years of IT solution delivery experience, preferably within a consulting organization General knowledge of Identity, directory, authentication/authorization, single-sign-on, access management, API hardening, encryption, data privacy, backup, and disaster recovery. Advanced knowledge of compute, storage, network, load-balancing, scalability, and availability. Strong practical knowledge of cloud platform strategy and implementation including PaaS, SaaS and IaaS. Experience participating in vendor platform evaluations including vendor engagement, criteria and scorecard development, and technology deep dives (security, software interfaces, hosting considerations, availability, etc.). Strong experience determining and addressing non-functional requirements: response times, availability, disaster recovery, scalability, data retention, etc. Proven record of architecting and building large-scale, complex applications used in business-critical operations and featuring high performance/throughput and scalability, high availability, proper backup, restore, and disaster recovery implementation, and secure communication and data access controls Experience with Application Integration Framework Excellent written and verbal communication skills What We'd Like to See Experience with data processing, Real Time Reporting and Analytics a plus.
