Call Center Representative
ME Flow is looking for a positive, upbeat, energetic individual to join our inbound call-center team in Leesburg, VA. The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team by answering customer phone calls and scheduling appointments in our busy call-center. Candidates must be able to work 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and participate in a rotation schedule to provide coverage on weekends and some holidays. Previous call center and scheduling experience is required with preference to candidates living in the Leesburg/Ashburn area. Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls to the office Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling service visits Closing out tickets and documenting technician arrival and departure times Assist in customer service help as needed Assist managers in administrative tasks as needed Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a busy call center is required. High school diploma Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite Previous experience with dispatch or call logging software Excellent communications skills Self-driven, results oriented individual Ability to work some weekends and evenings Prefer candidates located in the Leesburg/Ashburn area We believe that our company is only as good as the people we employ.
