What Youll Do TeraThink has a current opening for a senior Momentum Functional Consultant who specializes in configuration and integration to support a DoD Momentum system currently in Production with design, development, and implementation fixes and enhancements to the solution. The Business Analyst should have strong working knowledge of Momentum modules and application functionality including but not limited to Budget Execution, General Ledger, Workflow, Application Security, Reference Data, and other configuration items. In addition, this person should have hands-on experience in core financial systems applications within the Federal government. This position requires someone who has worked on projects and performed in a variety of different roles throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Business Analyst will be involved in validating functional requirements, functional designs, test cases, test execution, and training materials development. The Functional Consultant must be capable of working independently as well as manage resources to prepare and deliver work products, deliverables, and solutions. This person must be capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to the customers, and technical resources. Work with the client to identify requirements that are currently not met by the existing system configuration or interfaces, analyze the system to determine how the requirements can be met, and develop and document a detailed solution approach Work with the client and internal program teams to gather new requirements and to design, test, and deploy configuration updates in Momentum Develop and deliver client deliverables across the SDLC, including but not limited to plans, requirements documents, design documents, test scripts, training materials and train end users Manage functional resources in deliver of solutions to the client as well as other duties as assigned What Were Looking For Must be a US citizen, and hold an Active Secret Clearance per contract requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Momentum Financials (6.5 or greater is preferred) Experience as Business Analyst defining requirements and designing solutions in Momentum Extensive working-level knowledge of Momentum configuration and application functionality in areas such as: Budget Execution, Procure to Pay, Workflow, Security, and Reference Data Direct experience with delivery across each phase of the SDLC process (eg, requirements gathering, design, testing, training, deployment and maintenance) Proficiency with data analysis and presentation in Excel What We'd Like to See CPA or CGFM certification preferred Proficiency with JIRA preferred Experience with design/development of reports in Momentum preferred Experience designing interfaces to/from Momentum preferred Experience with Momentum Project Cost Accounting (PCAS) preferred Why TeraThink is a Great Place to Work Benefits: We love coming to work every day.
