Description: We are seeking a Senior DNI Analyst /Network Intelligence Analyst to support our client in or around the Fort Meade / Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Analyst will provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support analyzing target technology trends (mobile nets). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, military intelligence training and 10+ yrs. scientific and technical intelligence analysis experience and knowledge of computer analytical software. 10 + years of Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) experience in digital network analysis, characterization, or exploitation; knowledge of intelligence collection 10 + years of SIGINT / SIGDEV Analysis experience and/or DNI / DNR 10 + years of experience in at least one of the following areas: SIGDEV; DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction; CNE exploitation; Target templating; Social Network Analysis (SNA); Network vulnerability assessments; SIGINT product reporting; and/or Technical language analysis, development or exploitation. 10 + years of experience Performing network and research analysis using open-source and other tools and databases on highly complex mission areas that require new and innovative strategies and solutions 10 + years of experience in protocols, SMTP, HTP and domain systems and detecting network anomalies and behaviors that enable discovery 10 + years of experience developing and documenting new research and analytical capabilities 10 + years of experience authoring reports, briefings, and other deliverables in various formats for a number of clients PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledgeable of the protocols within the TCP/IP suite, TCP/IP ports Experience with SIGINT tools, techniques and processes Knowledge of telecommunications, network configurations, and data communications Knowledge of data and convergent communications technologies Knowledge of data flow and SIGINT architecture Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) is a plus Read t-routes, router configuration, and pen-testing Scripting and visualization experience (PERL, PYTHON and/or PIG) is a plus Knowledge of mobile networks and cloud computing Anomalous traffic identification Certifications in the following areas are a plus: Net+, Security+, CEH, CCNA and/or NETA2008, 2002, 1030 or 1021 Excellent communication skills to include technical writing skills SECURITY CLEARANCE: This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and to maintain the clearance.
