Tangier Scheduling Software, a QGenda company, is currently hiring for the position of Level 1 Customer Support. The perfect candidate for this position will have strong critical thinking skills, a helpful attitude, and will provide outstanding customer service. Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences. This position is located in Sparks, Maryland.
