What Youll Do The candidate will be a part of a system integration team supporting a multi-service/multi-agency solution built on Momentum Financials(R) software and established as a key initiative to provide full visibility of funds distributed through the Department. The candidate will be required to coordinate with the client, stakeholders, and Federal interface partners to ensure technical and organizational readiness of each interface partner and their integration(s) with Momentum Financials. This includes creating and executing test artifacts and managing end-to-end testing to ensure interface partners are able to exchange information with the ERP system. The candidate must also be capable of decomposing interface requirements into lower levels of granularity, and developing detailed specification documents which include data mappings, business rules, interface protocols, and error handling. Decompose interface requirements into lower levels of granularity, and develop the specification documentation including data mappings, business rules, interface protocols, and error handling Map business requirements to the ERP application or interface functions to support complex, large-volume integration solutions and integrating architecture Design and develop test artifacts, conduct SIT testing, and manage E2E testing with interface partners Analyze, design, enhance, and/or improve business processes and data flow Lead IPTs with the client its stakeholders on a weekly basis Work directly with the technical developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with the business requirements Troubleshoot interface issues and make recommendations to improve integration capability What Were Looking For Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. Extensive functional experience with implementing interfaces between interface partners and core financial systems (Momentum Financials) Proficient in writing/executing PL/SQL scripts including creating SQL statements to perform ETL (extract, transform, and load) Exceptional analytical skills Capable of working independently and using the available resources to identify and present work products and deliverables Capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to the customers and technical resources Experience with Momentum implementations in a DoD environment. Strong technical knowledge of Momentum Financials to include the data model, table structure, and technical architecture Experience with configuring, executing, and reviewing output of Momentum batch jobs or custom conversion programs Working-level knowledge of Momentum configuration and application functionality in areas such as Budget Execution, Purchasing, Acquisitons, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or System Administration.
