BlueWater Federal is looking for a talented Web Content Analyst to be part of an innovative DHS cybersecurity website. Individual will work directly with the DHS to determine website requirements and needed revisions throughout the entire development cycle process. Work with the Supervisory Office (SO) team members to gather requirements and to publish content on a public-facing website. Support client requirements and fact-check content prior to website publication. Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and works with system stakeholders to define and document user requirements. Prepare brief articles, and specific content for the internal employee web page, and other correspondence related to the case-management system. Serve as a liaison between the business owner and various stakeholders, as well as, the development team. Draft, revise, update, and publish Web content per client requests. Track and maintain requirements and action items. Monitor the website inbox, engage with stakeholders, support conferences, provide daily/weekly/monthly reports for Supervisory Office support activities. Recommend solutions for improvements to the current website. Minimum of a high school graduate with a career focus in IT or a cybersecurity career. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline is a plus. Experience with Drupal and JIRA is highly desired An active DHS EOD is required. Possess strong organization and planning skills and the ability to learn how to conduct Section 508 testing on PDF documents. BlueWater Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
