Overview We're looking for an experienced Head of Client Services for our Baltimore, MD US Corporate office. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, a relationship-builder, and an inspiring positive force for our client services team. They also have knowledge of all the latest innovations and best practices in the digital marketing landscape. Responsibilities Lead Client Services team in the US Serve as a strategic advisor to Jellyfish clients (existing and new) Foster client relationships to deliver excellent service across accounts and identify and implement growth opportunities Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's industry, with particular emphasis on new and emerging initiatives and technologies Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships within your team as well as with clients, colleagues and third party suppliers Create continuing education opportunities for team members through learning and coaching initiatives Streamline internal processes to optimize productivity and efficiency Lead efforts to create a strong company culture and manage, train and mentor team members Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred 15+ years' experience in digital marketing media management; Interactive Marketing, Marketing/Communications or Account Management Prior successful people management and mentorship experience with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and within cross functional teams Experience in digital marketing including digital media planning, search engine marketing ( SEM ), SEO, display, paid social, and analytics Previous accountability for managing clients of $10M spend and up Strong commercial orientation Track record in developing upsell and new business opportunities Thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high quality documents An expert in high level client services and project management Hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative work approach Strong communicator with an ability to inspire high performance across the team An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills. Confident and articulate presenter Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure Attention to detail and excellent time management skills Open and honest Has high personal standards and promotes them in others A valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values and professional integrity at all times
