We are currently searching for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to support our HVAC Service team. The HVAC Service Coordinator provides exceptional support to our residential service technicians by scheduling the technicians' day and facilitating communication between technicians, customers, and the company. The position will include some weekend and evening hours. Position Summary: The HVAC Service Coordinator schedules the technicians' day and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company. This position will include some weekend hours and it is Full Time/Hourly. Company Overview: 3rd Generation family heating, cooling, and plumbing business started back in 1951. ME Flow has many long-term customers who tell us they use us because they like that it's a family business- one of honor and integrity. Primary Responsibilities: Maintains and dispatches service technicians. Speaks with customers frequently to schedule inspections and new work. Stays in touch with service technicians for scheduling follow up work. Maintains customer database to ensure accurate records for service. Assists with customer inquiries. Responds to service technician requests both by online and phone. Follows‐up and schedules preventative maintenance service appointments. Reviews service work orders for accuracy and follow-up. Participates in all company sponsored training classes. Assists in staffing on periodic weekends as scheduled. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum 2 years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination. Advanced communication and customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus. Must be detail oriented, have great follow up, and have the ability to multi-task Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
