NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - YOU WILL BE THE ONLY SALES REP Auto Wise LLC a small pre-owned cars dealership in Sterling is seeking a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication skills, customer service oriented, be sales driven and have great work ethic. If you're an ambitious, energetic individual who is excited by the idea of taking charge of your earning potential, then Auto Wise has the perfect opportunity for you! Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug/background check and be flexible to work over the weekends. Position Overview: As a Sales Representative you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including: Deliver a unique customer service aimed to improve customer's auto bying experience by providing each client with a welcoming, consistent and exceptional service that will meet their needs. Demonstrate effective communication skills either in-person, over the phone, via email or text and drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling and lead qualification. Identify potential customers and create opportunities to sell. Engage customers in sales conversations in order to identify appropriate buying needs. Align the client's needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Proactively consult and guide customers through the sales process, ie vehicle appraisal process, inspection and automobile testing, test driving, finance applications and service as well as warranty and payment collection. Ability to overcome client objections and successfully close sales by adhering to provided sales guidelines and requirements. Participate in dealership's daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Effectively manage all of the risks associated activites with the business objectives to ensure alignment with dealership's risk management framework. Shift: Total Hours Per Week: Daylight Based on Business Need Scheduled Days/Hours Flexible, rotating schedule based on business needs and ability to work weekends. Salary: Starting $2,500/month + selling bonuses Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 to $10,000.00 /month
