Acadia breaks new ground as a software solution that provides just-in-time training and procedural information to employees, anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled device and a simple but powerful management tool that allows for continual performance monitoring and improvement. Following a round of customer feedback during its Early Adopter Program, Acadia is now available as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. Given Acadias flexibility and functionality, SAI has experienced broad demand for the product across the Manufacturing, Retail and Health Care sectors and is now expanding into the Retail Banking vertical following its first major win and the development of proven retail banking use cases. You will be working with an experienced team of software and consulting industry professionals as we grow a significant user base among Super Regional and Regional banks across the US. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Identify and align SAI software and solutions with strategic client problems in Super Regional and Retail banks across the US Utilize your industry experience and network to introduce clients to best practice methods, models and techniques for improving customer success and business performance Find the power base within the client and focus your strategic selling skills and our resources on landing large SaaS and consulting projects Carefully manage complex sales cycles with discipline Manage the negotiation of business terms to ensure success for the client and for SAI Work closely with SAIs Customer Success team to ensure long term impact within each and every SAI client Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated success selling software and/or services to enterprise clients Experience selling to line of business and performance improvement executives in the Retail Banking vertical Respected by prior customers for integrity and predictability; listens to and focuses on customers Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team oriented environment A constant learner who is excited by the opportunity to help clients in disparate roles address a wide range of issues Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), create and present high value deliverables, proposals and presentations to varying audiences Required Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology preferred At least 5 years of relevant sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility for larger accounts and transactions in the Retail Banking industry Why Work With Us? .
