The Sr. Business Analyst must collaborate across multiple teams and functions to understand the business and sales strategy, support lead and campaign management for small business, and develop end-to-end data reporting solutions. Essential Functions Develop and maintain SQL processes to support small business end-to-end campaign management Systemically manage leads and opportunities within the CRM system Develop SQL database applications Design, develop and maintain management reporting using Microsoft Reporting Services and Excel Creates and runs ad-hoc data queries to support business needs Gather and translate reporting requirements into insightful and visual reports Write and execute T-SQL code statements to generate datasets for reporting and analysis Experience 3-5 years' experience in designing, developing and maintaining complex reporting structures and systems 2-3 years' experience with advanced T-SQL Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite. Experience applying the principles, theories, practices and techniques of relational database theory. Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills. Superior technical aptitude. Experience using Microsoft SSRS. Highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment. Ability to multitask and change direction in ever changing environment. Strong communication including oral and presentation skills. Knowledge of payments industry. Experience with and its reporting capabilities is a plus. Tools T-SQL/SSRS Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Standard office environment: work typically involves close visual acuity on a computer to access view, read, prepare and analyze data and other written communications.
