Director, Capture Management-DISA (Job Number:435815) Description: This position reports to the Vice President for Business Development in the DoD Agencies and Command (DoDAC) organization, National Security Customer Group (NSCG). The successful candidate will have responsibility for executing comprehensive winning capture strategies within target accounts, primarily DISA. The DISA Capture Director will be expected to expand and grow revenue in the DISA account leveraging the complete portfolio of SAIC offerings from the three Market Segments: Engineering, Integration & Mission Solutions, Information Technology Solutions; and Platform Integration, Logistics, Readiness & Sustainment. The DISA Capture Director will be responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery in all aspects of a pursuit to include opportunity identification, customer and industry engagement, internal coordinating with Market Segment solution architects, win strategy development, proposal development support and interactions with senior leadership,. This individual will also provide significant input into the DISA account plan to ensure there is an executable growth strategy and SAIC brand visibility that connotes high value through a dynamic presence in the market. The ability to assemble the necessary technical, management and support team for overall proposal development for a winning submission is required. Demonstrated success and innovation in capture and proposal review processes and how to move his/her efforts successfully through them is necessary. The position is a mid-level Capture Director and will require an ability to work on approximately 5-8 captures in varying stages at one time. This individual will work closely with SAIC's DISA Senior Director, Business Development, and DISA VP of Programs, to ensure a "one-SAIC" approach to the account and market and as a team leverage key customer and industry relationships. The DISA Capture Director will collaborate with counterparts across SAIC and the Market Segments to ensure winning solutions are developed for our customers. He/she will marshal NSCG and enterprise resources to support capture of opportunities. The DISA Capture Director will be looked upon to provide BD and capture support and leadership for opportunities across NSCG as required. He/she will also be responsible for developing and driving individual deal strategies for opportunities in our DISA account and support the maturation the DISA account strategy. This position is based in Reston, VA and will require business travel as needed for a geographically dispersed customer set. Qualifications: Required Skills: 12 years of related experience and a minimum of 5 years recent capture management experience is required. A demonstrated, sustained ability and reputation of winning complex, government services contracts with values of $25-100 million and a track record of meeting and exceeding challenging goals and revenue objectives is required. He/she will be able to reference a portfolio of submittals and awards that include experience in all types of government contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus) and full array of capture strategies (re-competes, incumbent capture, sole source, etc.). Past experience servicing DISA, COCOM's. DTRA and other DoD agencies as well as Industry knowledge of key IT technologies (ie, cloud computing, datacenter consolidation, Agile DevOps, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security) are required. Existing relationships with related defense contractors, suppliers and customers in this target market is highly desirable. The successful candidate must have a reputation for being able to build and work within high performance teams in a matrix-management environment. He/she must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), polished presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills, as this position interfaces with all functions within the organization and a broad group of outside constituencies. Assertive attitude, sound business judgment and the highest level of integrity is required. Past experience that demonstrates the ability to contribute to fast-paced business leadership teams is a plus. Bachelor degree, with concentration in business, marketing, engineering or technical discipline highly preferred. Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance level required. Ability to obtain TS/SCI highly desirable.
