Job Description Your Focus: Transaction Support: * Create, liaise and review solutions by working with Partner Managers, Partners, Sales, Services, Legal and Revenue Recognition. * Solution review includes user configuration in partner-led or co-led opportunities (3.55 report), discount approval process, FCPA clearance, partner agreement opportunities and quotes process from inception to approval, referral fee purchase orders creation and approval. System Support * Provide sales system support to the partner organization. This specifically includes quality assurance activities to ensure a high level of accuracy of data located in Salesforce.com, Quote System and SharePoint. * Measuring the partner managers compliance with what corporate requires in partner development (# GA calls, # PE calls, # net new opportunities created each week, promotion from S1 to S2 and above after 6 weeks, tracking of leads assigned to partner managers, an update of partner account plans). * Measuring partner executives compliance with the accreditations requirements (certified integrator, authorized reseller, solution provider, managed services provider) from SFDC and Cornerstone data. Tier 1 Ad-Hoc Activities * Assist, coordinate and lead the development of responses and solutions to Partner Managers and Partner Executives requests. This includes working with all members of the operations team and management to identify process improvement opportunities. * Must have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (including IT and Sales) to improve reporting and tracking from our sales systems. This includes partner user creation in the partner portal, partner executives support in their discovery experience of the portal, support in opportunity registration, generation, and shipping of business development keys. Outbound and Onboarding activity * Having biweekly calls with each partner manager to track their cornerstone and training assignment, pending requests to support their assigned partners, priority opportunities overdue. * Having biweekly to monthly calls with priority partners to secure their usage of the partner portal and their requirements achievements or gap to achievement for accreditations. This also includes working with our Sales, Partner Management and Sales Enablement Teams in order to identify future training opportunities and training tools. Qualifications Requir SDL2017
