OI offers a very competitive salary, and benefits to include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage; 401(k) Plan, Professional Development, PTO and Ten (10) Paid Holidays PTO Policy Job DESCRIPTION The Recruiter will assist and work with other corporate teammates for all recruiting matters and will use all resources available, which include, but not limited to; applicant tracking software, social media, job boards, networking, and career fairs, to create and fill job requisitions based on vacant and potential positions. The Recruiter will source a candidates, assit in creating and tracking offers, and onboard candidates until they are employees. The location of the position is at our Herndon, VA office. Position is also required to follow all OFCCP/AAP regulations and guidelines. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Work with other HR specialists to ensure priorities are understood, work efforts are not duplicated. * Work with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs based on current government contracts and those in the bid process. * Create requisitions and post on appropriate job boards. * Take ownership of the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding candidates to employees. * Conduct extensive sourcing for vacant and/or potential positions utilizing subscription based tools, social media outlets, and networking to recruit new candidates and build applicant pipeline. * Network/Outreach with community groups, military agencies, industry organizations, and other networking opportunities to establish relationships and building rapport with various counterparts. * Make recommendations to Management on Recruiting tools, subscriptions, and career fairs. * Review resumes and conduct phone interviews to determine candidate qualifications, eligibility, and interest. * Coordinate interviews for hiring managers and internal management as needed. * Using company application and job posting system, disposition candidates and job requisitions in accordance with OFCCP/AAP regulations. * Coordinate and attend company recruiting events, career fairs, trade shows, and other public events as directed by the Human Resources Manager. * Collaborate with management on the development, maintenance, and distribution of marketing materials used for recruiting and promotion of the company. * Collaborate with the marketing department to maintain company's social media including, but not limited to, Linked In, Facebook, and Twitter. * Communicate offers of employment through in-processing. * Always represent the Company in a professional manner. * Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Qualifications/Requirements (Education and Experience): * Understanding/knowledge of DoD intelligence mission areas and the Intelligence Community * Understand clearances. * Years of previous intelligence recruiting experience * Self-Starter--ability to prioritize work based on changing needs. Can work well with little instruction/guidance * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, oral and written * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Strong technical and analytical skills * Clear and current understanding of HR and DOL policies and laws * Years of expeirnce with recruiting tools and social media * Experince with posting requistions and hiring candidates to employees SDL2017
