Asset Management Administration Manager Key Role: Oversee all asset and materials management activities, including complex government property administration and accounting duties requiring thorough knowledge of and experience with asset management and government property administration practices. Serve as a trusted adviser in providing strategic direction on program introduction, adoption, policy, procedure, process improvements, and IT transformation initiatives. Develop and install property accounting systems. Provide leadership to direct staff and cross-functional teams. Analyze operational objectives, work plans, and success metrics. Adhere to budgets, schedules, and work plans. Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and information technology teams to manage key integration points. Basic Qualifications: * 10 years of experience with leading an asset management and government property organization * Knowledge of asset management inventory technology, policies and procedures, and integration with accounting system * Ability to lead a cross-functional team to gain consensus across various stakeholder organizations * Ability to drive program introduction and adoption, champion of change, drive process and technology improvements, and manage an asset management team * BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems or 5+ years of experience with asset management tracking software Additional Qualifications: * Experience with accounting system integrations and the evaluation of asset management technologies Integrating a full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems by their side to help them achieve their missions.
