In addition to meeting the Enrollment Requirement above, applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications requirements:
1. You have at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-04 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This
experience must have included activities such as: providing technical assistance and support of accounting tasks/activities; compiling and certifying the accuracy of accounting data; and preparing reports that summarize accounting data results. OR
2. You have successfully completed four years of education (e.g., 120 semester hours) above high school in any field leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree that was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial, or technical school, junior college, college, or university. OR
3. You have less the amount of specialized experience above (e.g., 52 weeks) and less the amount of education (e.g., 120 semester hours) but when combined, your percentage of experience and education totals to at least 100%. (Please note that only college education in excess of the first 60 semester hours may be used in this calculation.)
