To accomplish this, we are making significant investments in health-care information technology (EMR, CPOE) and are building a network of hospital and community-based health-care providers (GBHA) to deliver integrated and coordinated care The Food Service Manager will support the Sodexo mission of providing best in class services for the food and nutrition department, supervising a team of 17 employees. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food Production Manager will be responsible for: + Ensuring excellence in service quality and operational outcomes + Direct and participate in daily food operations utilizing FMS + Superior communication skills fostering rapport, building trust and addressing feedback + Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management + Developing and engaging front-line staff + Food safety and sanitation compliance + Daily interaction with patients and clinical staff to ensure overall patient satisfaction + Inventory management and procurement + Ensuring and driving efforts for Gold Check Standards This is a unique opportunity for a food service professional ready to grow their career in a Food Production Manager role. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures.
