Description: Leidos currently has a need for a Sr Mobile Security Engineer for a highly visible cyber security single-award IDIQ vehicle that provides security operations center (SOC) support, cyber analysis, applicationdevelopment, and a 24x7x365 support staff. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Security Operations Center (SOC) Support Services is a US Government program responsible to monitor, detect, analyze, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats and adversarial activity on the DHS Enterprise. The DHS SOC has primary responsibility for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents detected at the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and is responsible for directing and coordinating detection and response activities performed by each Component SOC. Direction and coordination are achieved through a new shared DHS incident tracking system and other means of coordination and communication. The Sr. Mobile Security Engineer will assist in the design and development of mobile security architecture across DHS applying expert level knowledge of mobility systems and security to ensure the secure design and implementation of mobile technology. This position will directly contribute to the overall enterprise mobile architecture at DHS and lead the security vision and strategy around mobile device management (MDM) spanning iOS and Android platforms. The Mobile Engineer will serve as the Sr. leader for Mobile Enterprise Security for other Technology teams within the organization. The successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to partner with other leaders across the DHS enterprise to identify opportunities and risks and develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies and protect organization intellectual property. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply Expert level cybersecurity knowledge of enterprise mobility systems to solve architectural, engineering, and monitoring problems across the DHS enterprise Apply Expert level knowledge of Android and iOS mobility platforms to design mobile security architecture Apply Expert level knowledge of multiple Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies to design and engineer secure mobile solutions Lead the design and implementation of enterprise mobile monitoring and detection strategy and incident response plan LeadGen LeadGenCyberDHSCYBERExternal Referral Eligible Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: The candidate must currently possess or be able to obtain a DHS EOD and be eligible for Top Secret/SCI. BS in IT related field or higher and 8+ years experience in an information technology field. 3+ years experience with Mobile Security across iOS and Android 1+ years experience architecting MDM solutions eg Good, MobileIron, Airwatch 1+ years experience in incident response focused on mobile monitoring and detection Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated Sr. Level security or management certification is required, eg CISSP, PMP Leidos Overview: Leidos is a global science and technology solutions leader working to solve the world s toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, and health markets.
