  • To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, all candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as serving as liaison with NEA offices by coordinating preparation of materials/information in response to internal and external requests; providing advice and support in the administration of grant-making activities, and assist Discipline Directors in the process of advisory panel selection.
    • Only experience obtained by 04/20/2018 will be considered.
    • Time in Grade must be met by 04/20/2018
