  • In addition to the education requirement, you must also have the following in order to qualify for this position:

    One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the private sector litigating and advising management on complex and/or sensitive issues arising under the laws governing Federal employment. Examples may include equal employment opportunity, labor relations, merit systems principles, and other personnel matters such as grievances, disciplinary and adverse actions.

    All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

    In order to qualify for this position, you must possess a J.D. degree from a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).

    In addition to the education requirement, you must currently be a member in good standing of the bar of a State, a Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
