  • To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-12 federal grade level. Examples of specialized experience must include duties such as: providing program operational support for an international focused program, initiative, or project; defining and implementing standards and performance measures for various programs; ensuring that such standards and performance measures are consistent with organizational goals and objectives; and reviewing and analyzing budget data, preparing budget estimates, and consolidating budget reports.

    Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration by the closing date of this announcement.
