    Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Experience must be reflected in your resume.

    Specialized experience required for this position is:
    1. Familiarity with cost estimating, budgeting, financial management, and governmental program accounting.
    2. Assist in the federal budget process to formulate budge estimates, develop and consolidate, or to edit budget justifications and reports.
    3. Research a wide range of financial, management, accounting, and budget concepts, principles and practices.
    4. Utilize the Intelligence Community (IC) Program & Budget Submission Process (IPBS) and the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting,
    and Execution System (PPBES).
    5. Employ industry-standard financial accounting systems in order to reconcile records of commitments, obligations and expenditures.
    6. Apply the U.S. Code of Federal Regulation on the administrative control of funds to prevent misuse of congressionally appropriated
    funds.

    Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
