Supervisor Position: Permanent Supportive Housing Program, within CC's Clinical Housing Department, has an opening for a Supervisor of a Case Management Team. In 2008, CC was one of the original providers who helped launch PSHP which is the District's first "Housing First" program. Today the PSHP teams serve 200+ individuals, 100+ families with 275+ children. The PSHP Supervisor provides oversight, consultation, and daily assistance for case managers, with a primary focus on serving families with children who are exiting homelessness. The PSHP Supervisor is responsible for ensuring team members join with program participants, mental health/addiction treatment teams, other network members, and community landlords to establish and maintain housing and income stability. Along with a passion for preventing homelessness, ideal candidates will also have demonstrated strong collaboration and working in team environment; experience working in community-based services and providing crisis response; and strong clinical and administrative skills including sound documentation and organizational practices.

Required Qualifications:

    Master's degree with DC LGSW/LGPC; DC LICSW/LPC is preferred 3-5 years' experience working with families who have experienced homelessness, serious mental illness, addiction, and/or complex trauma; 1 year minimum experience managing staff and/or project
Candidates must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and have a reliable vehicle to transport consumers as much of the work is done in the community.
