Administrative Assistant IV
Provides the day to day administrative support for operations in the department, program or local office setting. Assures accuracy of fiscal operations, records management, and supports routine administrative functions in the workplace setting. Orients new personnel and provides training updates in new procedures. Under the direction or in the absence of the Administrative Assistant V, assumes responsibility for site management functions and collaborates with other professionals at the worksite to coordinate services delivery to implement agency procedures. May supervise administrative staff and related work activities in an office and travel to different work sites.Employment Standards
Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to high school graduation and three years of experience providing administrative support in the assigned functional area(s).
Two or more years of supervisory experience. Experience providing administrative support for operations in a high volume setting. Experience with third party billing. Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working in a team environment. Excellent customer services skills with the ability to interact in a friendly, service-oriented and professional manner with internal and external customers. Bilingual with English/Spanish skills is a plus.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Cardio-Pulmonary Certification (CPR)
