Job Description:
Astronomy courses offered at HCC include:
- Elementary Astronomy
- Elementary Astronomy Lab
This posting is an ongoing pool, with openings typically filled 2-4 months before each semester. Preference is given to current HCC faculty.
Day and evening openings are available for both lab and lecture classes.
Prior interactive teaching experience preferred but informal teaching may be acceptable.
Requirements:
Master's degree in astronomy or related field OR a bachelor's degree in astronomy or related field and relevant experience (lab instructor only).
