Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, Washington, DC
Provide variety of support for staff, faculty, students at Cornell Center. Day-to-day admin and clerical support, purchasing and payments; Monitor all facility repairs, maint. and services; Assist w/ computers, student lab, internal network, website. Qualifications: HS Diploma + 6 mos training and 2-4 yrs exp. Working knowledge of Windows, Mac; FMPro (or similar database program), MS Office. Be both a team player and work independently; manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Pref'd: Associates degree, knowledge of social media platforms, and TV/DVD/Video.
