  • May require completion of one year probationary period
  • To qualify for the GS-15, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14: (1) experience providing leadership, guidance and authoritative advice on insider threat matters to senior level officials; (2) experience developing guidelines, policies and strategic plans, for insider threat programs; (3) experience applying significant methods and techniques to solve insider threat problems (4) skills in oral and written communications to advise and consult with executive management and policy officials within and outside the agency on insider threat issues; (5) knowledge and skills to independently plan, organizes and conducts all phases of projects, and scope of assignments.
    • Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
