    You qualify for the GS-11 grade level (starting salary $66,510) if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level performing duties such as:

    -Maintaining and updating large and complex data case files using specialized electronic data systems

    -Analyzing methods and programs related to safekeeping and disposition of official records, FOIA, PII, and the technologies used to effectively safeguard and retrieve this diverse information, both hard copy and electronic formats

    -Establish working relationships with COOP Subject Matter Expert (SME) professionals and management personnel within NPFC, USCG, DHS and other agencies to implement COOP and Business Continuity Programs

    -Provide guidance on how to conduct business under other than normal business operating conditions and to resume normal business operations afterwards

    -Serve as the designated contact for various COOP interagency working groups and is the primary point of contact for DHS

    -Oversee the administration, processing, management and maintenance of all COOP and Business Continuity Programs

    Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

    1. Extensive knowledge and understanding of COOP, Shelter-in-Place, and Emergency Response
    2. Extensive knowledge and understanding of effective analysis of the methods and programs related to official records, FOIA, Pll, and the available/implemented technologies used/recommended for the safekeeping, disposition and retrieval of these records
    3. Demonstrated knowledge of communication methods and techniques to develop briefings, presentations and reports needed to communicate the effectiveness of established goals and objectives, and to maintain tracking systems and databases to present formal and informal briefings to personnel at all levels of the organization (e.g. Excel,Access,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Outlook,PowerPoint)
    4. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methods, principals and tools to develop system documentation, including business, system and user requirements, and the ability to coordinate project assignments with in-house personnel and technical experts
