  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • GS-09:
    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
    - Experience coordinating support for financial management of contracts and command resources. - Experience overseeing review of documentation received concerning contractor performance, analyzes the data, and provides feedback.- Experience interpreting instructions, implementing contractual interpretations, and offer updates for contract modifications.- Experience conducting on-site program reviews of administrative procedures to document contractor and medical treatment personnel performance. - Experience evaluating proposals for specific delivery orders and identify areas of concern to be discussed during negotiations. - Experience developing documentation to resolve disputes and other problems concerning obligations of either the Navy or the contractor assessing actual damage for non-performance.

    GS-07:
    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
