Commercial Cyber Strategy Consultant, Lead

Key Role:
Lead client work delivery and grow business across a range of commercial markets, including automotive, financial services, oil & gas, and healthcare. Work with organizations to determine the Cyber risk environment, identify opportunities, craft program strategy, and develop tactical action plans for organizations to achieve their overall Cybersecurity objectives in support of the business. Lead diverse teams of management consultants and engineers to develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment and serve as primary interface with senior clientele. Serve as part of Booz Allen's commercial market leadership team, including conducting business development by determining market needs, establishing new business opportunities, and leading pursuit activities. Play a lead role in developing diverse talent. Work as a Cybersecurity professional with experience in the commercial sector. This position requires extensive travel to client sites of up to 75%.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with Cybersecurity
-3+ years of experience with commercial consulting 
-Experience with assessing, designing, or implementing security programs or specific capabilities, including governance, incident response, threat intelligence, security monitoring, and vulnerability management
-Experience with conducting business development activities in one or more areas across the consulting lifecycle, including ideation, lead generation, pursuit, deal closure, and relationship management
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing high-end, polished PowerPoint decks for strategy consulting firms
-Experience with top Cyber standards or frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001
-Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views, perspectives, and data sets as part of comprehensive client problem discovery and solution design, including face-to-face client interaction in both project execution and administrative discussions
-Ability to distill and articulate complex messages for technical and non-technical audiences in both oral and written forms, including providing substantive narrative input into proposals and marketing content and perform thorough quality control on commercial client-ready deliverables
-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
-BBA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working through both strategic and technical Cybersecurity aspects
-Experience in working for consulting firms, including Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, and Accenture
-Knowledge of risk management disciplines
-BBA or BS degree in MIS, CS, or related technical field preferred; MBA, MA, or MS degree a plus
