- Maintaining contact database
- Generating sales reports
- Making and accepting calls
- Routing correspondence
- Setting calendar appointments
- Generate commission reports
- Prepare marketing and meeting materials
- Lead investigation/research
- Manage time entry for marketing division
- Coordinate meeting and travel schedules
- Provide occasional backup support for front desk reception
- Copying and filing
- High School diploma or GED - college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent database or Excel ability
- Salesforce experience a huge plus!
- Experience with Focus timekeeping system a huge plus!
