CG-12: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level or above, in the Federal service.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience assisting in the development and renewal of information collections pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, or experience assisting with collecting, analyzing and evaluating data relating to the development or application of rules and regulations.

- Skills in data collection methods including sampling, internal and external uses of collected information, alternative sources of information, and information management procedures and resource requirements for data collection and management.
- Knowledge of the Paper Reduction Act, Regulatory Flexibility Act, the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act, and familiarity with other Federal statutes and regulations.
- Skill in the organization of work to produce numerous and diverse work products in a timely and accurate manner.
