Specialized experience is (1) preparing annual budget formulation documents, (2) formulating and/or executing and tracking commitments, obligation and costs in support of programs within the life cycle of Research & Development (R&D) and/or institutional project (3) consolidating financial data for reporting purposes and (4) execution and/or analysis of budget data using Systems, Applications & Processes (SAP) and Business Objects.
