Minimum Qualification for the CP-9/GS-11 level: Incumbent must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the CP-8/GS-10 grade level providing technical guidance and counseling to supervisors and employees on reporting job related injuries/illnesses and the processing of compensation claims and/or performing substantive reviews of complex workers' compensation claims.

Substitution of Education for Experience: To qualify at the CP-9/GS-11 level, a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
