Joint Staff Representative

Key Role:

Provide current and future intelligence client systems subject matter expertise to host organization clients. Articulate intelligence client system architecture, constellation, and sensor status then leverage intelligence client enterprise capabilities to solve operational and intelligence problems. Provide collection management, exploitation, dissemination, and derived intelligence products expertise and provide support to operations. Enable enterprise-wide transparency, discovery, and collaboration by building excellent channels of communication. Represent the intelligence client for assigned accounts to the DoD.


Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with providing national systems technical collection expertise

-3+ years of experience in working with the intelligence community

-Knowledge of the full range of intelligence client products and services, including SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, COMM, MOD, GED, SED, OSL, and MID

-Ability to serve as an official go-between and “honest broker” between top-ranking officials from the intelligence client and host organization

-Ability to accurately communicate host organization user needs or requirements back to the intelligence client's leadership

-Ability to facilitate the corporate delivery of responsive solutions that address users' needs, identify capability gaps, and assess education and training needs

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing situations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
