In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience equivalent to the GS-14, which prepared you to do the work in this position.
Specialized Experience is defined as: Performing very broad and extensive comprehensive studies and analysis of issues affecting Technology and Business Architecture Integration (TBAI) that directly impacts the Human Resources Management(HRM) community; influencing and persuading decision makers to accept and implement actions based on manpower recommendations; ensuring that adequate internal control systems are developed and operative so that government resources are effectively and efficiently managed; providing advice, information and guidance regarding current and future information systems concepts, doctrines, methods, practices, operations, and technologies.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
- Administration and Management
- Financial Management
- Technical Competence
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Direct deposit of pay is required.
