- Answer inbound calls - customer support with questions about product/service/appointment
- Outbound calls - appointment setting for services for both residential and commercial use
- Emails - responding to customer/client emails
- Proficient with at least basic MS Office - specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience in addressing customer situations - diffusing upset customers
- Comfortable working in a small, construction-like environment
- Open to working 9-6
- Available to start immediately
