Job Summary/Description: 

Sparks Group has partnered with a company in Chantilly that is seeking an outgoing and friendly customer service representative. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls - customer support with questions about product/service/appointment
  • Outbound calls - appointment setting for services for both residential and commercial use
  • Emails - responding to customer/client emails

Background:

  • Proficient with at least basic MS Office - specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in addressing customer situations - diffusing upset customers
  • Comfortable working in a small, construction-like environment
  • Open to working 9-6
  • Available to start immediately
