The Ford Agency is looking for a Paralegal for a boutique law firm that specializes in employment discrimination cases. The Paralegal will serve as the lead on assigned cases and the main point of contact for associates and partners. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the litigation discovery process
  • Performing legal and factual research
  • Preparing legal briefs, memos, agreements, and correspondence
  • Supervising assignments/projects and providing status reports
  • Coordinating with Office Administrator to determine appropriate staffing

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal certificated preferred
  • At least 1 year experience working in litigation
  • Ability to type 45 wpm and excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with e-discovery and Lexis and/or Westlaw
  • Willingness to perform all types of work and ability to work overtime
