Accounting Department Manager

Carday Associates, Inc., a TPA located in Columbia, MD, is looking for a Manager for their Accounting Department.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a minimum of 7 employees.
  • A degree in Accounting, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of accounting.
  • Experience with Taft/Hartley - Multiemployer benefit plans is preferred.
  • Multitasking and the ability to prioritize to accomplish the team goals.
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively in fast paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
